Ossett Town 1 Moors 2
Many congratulations to Richard Money for his second( if you count Stratford!) win as Moors Coach. A vital win that brings 5th in League Two, Wycombe Wanderers, to our ground and earns 18k from the FA for getting to the First Round.
The money from those 2 factors will help the club financially and could be a boost to our fortunes on the field.
Now for Guiseley with more hope in our hearts!

Re: Ossett Town 1 Moors 2
I wouldn’t get to carried away, we beat a team 3-2 over 2 legs who are 3 leagues below us. Saturday is all I care about. We need to win league games. Didn’t go tonight but from what I heard we played ok. Bring on Saturday

Dominated throughout. Should of been a bigger margin of victory

We looked class tonight, how we didn't score more I don't know. Asante to put them chances away and we'll climb the table. Roll on Saturday!

Re: Ossett Town 1 Moors 2
Well done guys, sounded ok bar last ten minutes, let's go get the Wanderers.
Is it the first time we've ever played a team of that name ?

Re: Ossett Town 1 Moors 2
No silly me we played the Wolves in a senior cup tie twice....it's just a strange name....but not as bad as North End.
Ps
Spare a thought for on loan Mr Haughton at Chorley a striker who scored the winning goal 4-3 v Boston in extra time. ..
He'll have a weekend off and sit out the next round of the FA CUP as he earnt his loan club a home tie with Fleetwood. ....his parent club...
Hes cup tied now and I doubt if Fleetwood will let him play against theme. .!!

Re: Ossett Town 1 Moors 2
Moors played well last night and should really have won by a much greater margin. Ossett Town may be 3 levels below us but it is easy to under estimate such opposition and be turned over. Moors were in control for most of the game and kept their heads when it got a bit tasty!
Glad I made the last minute decision to go.
A good night out with the Moors fans.
I must mention Ossett's number 3. He was superb last night.

Re: Ossett Town 1 Moors 2
Yeah agree their No3 was quality, one of the stewards told me he had recently been released by Leeds. Thought he had a good game Saturday as well

Tim , please convert mainly to Solihull Moors FC
More of a family orientated Club , you can stand or sit.
The players / management mix in the Bar with the Supporters, afterwards.
Thank you , sir.

Tim probably does more Moors games each season than some season ticket holders.
