Re: England in the World Cup
We have to beat three more teams first. Belgium two, Brazil and probably France.
I'm not counting my dark horses before they're even foals.

Re: England in the World Cup
I was in favour of dropping Pickford after the Belgium game but I have to say his performance yesterday was fantastic. Well done everyone playing in red.

Re: England in the World Cup
I was naming the teams Belgium have to play. It wasn't as clear who England had at the time.

Re: England in the World Cup
If the Referee does not allow Sweden to perform Martial arts on England players, in the penalty box...
Then England have a very good chance of winning today.
Just refrain from going to IKEA and wearing yellow , today lol ☺ ( Moors top accepted ! ).

Re: England in the World Cup
England seem to have increasing confidence.
Sweden after 32 minutes are dire.
Could this indeed be 1966 again ?.
Fingers crossed. 👏

Re: England in the World Cup
Discarding the Belgium game which was just a testimonial, I can’t help thinking that England are in the semis based on the fact they have faced 4 awful teams. I’d fancy a league one team to beat Sweden.
As much as I’d love to be wrong, the first time we come across a decent side (which could be the final) we will get hammered.

Re: England in the World Cup
Think England will reach the Final.
Had a bet on Belgium to win it.
Love the Gareth Southgate " lookalike ".
Anyone down the Moors look similar , with a beard ?
