Have to say I was also confused by the ref's performance. Blew for any slight contact between players all day, and painted himself into a corner through this. Normally fans tend to be harsh on the refs, but if anything comments have been unusually restrained - maybe because he was bad for both sides and didn't particularly change the game.

Is that how you rate a referee? If we win, he or she was fantastic, but if we drew then they are rubbish?
A lot of people at the game were amazed by the amount of stoppage time shown at the 90 minute mark when you consider neither physio entered the pitch in the second half. However, once it gets broken down by the referee it does make sense.

The ref was just all round weird. Take a look at the match highlights on the Moors' website... I think it's the second clip from the start, Moors have a shot which goes out for a goal kick, the ref blows his whistle and then takes off sprinting like he's running for his life! I can only assume that "Refbot 3000" had crashed and got stuck in sprint mode. One of the assistant Refbots had to re-boot him. 
Had to laugh when the ref was reprimanding Wrexham's no. 11 "Pyke" and someone in the Tuck Shop End shouted "Don't tell him your name, Pyke!" I doff my cap to whoever that was
