Speaking to the Powers that Be , after the Forum:

* Sports Direct in Solihull were spoken to , for selling Moors tops , but deal was not quite right, at this moment in time.

* On Line ticketing is a priority issue.

* Social Media " live chat " will be looked into.

* Moors Supporter profile , each home game , will be looked at , to put into the Football Programme , with a possible Spot the Ball or Fan completion/ prize.

* Changing the Mindset, to get some Blues and Villa fans , to carry on supporting them, but to now follow Moors home and away, instead.

* On Line opinion poll / marketing company used , if cost effective , to raise brand awareness of the Club / increase footfall , from Supporter / Potential Supporter , feedback , on cost effective improvements , for the Club , to introduce.

Let's not run before we can walk here.

Just a few things from what WASU has mentioned:

"On-line ticketing a priority ". Is it really a priority or a preference? I would have thought there are more pressing issues to sort. We also need to look at how the on-line ticketing will work. Print tickets at home? Pre-order and collect on the day? Remember, we do not have a Ticket Office.

"Social Media Live Chat will be looked into" The Social Media Team are doing a fantastic job at the moment and it is getting better and better. Let's make sure we do not devalue the people who are doing a sterling job at the moment. Same with Supporters Profiles in the programme. We don't need new owners for this, you can just email the programme editor. They are always asking for contributions.

Is it still the same external editors?

I'd consider writing for the programme again if it's changed to someone who won't edit out all the best bits when I try something particularly pretentious, surreal, and/or form-breaking. Editing out my recipe for Collins John's Crazy Catfish Chowder was the final straw for me. Not to mention removing the Michael Barrymore joke that my entire Tranmere piece had been building up to. Though weirdly my surreal, Finnegan's Wake-inspired Maidenhead column snuck through unchanged.

I'm always up for a pretentious, surreal and/or form-breaking recipe!

You cannot have been at the forum as, if you were, you would have heard Darryl Eales say JLR have 4 years remaining on an option to buy the land and he is going to have a meeting with them as soon as possible to try to find out what their intentions are.

If what you say is true, why would he be meeting JLR if someone else has an option?

My understanding based on discussions with the person who negotiated the deal, is that it was "a developer" who originally approached the club to buy the option (for a
miserly sum IMO)
It was only later, when negotiations were advanced, that it became clear he was fronting for JLR.
