Re: SMFC " Expanding " Fan Base Project - Your Suggestions .
If I was in charge . . .
Bearing in mind I do not know how much money the club needs to make on the gates or what our budgets are, I would be looking at the following pricing structure:
Adults: £12
OAP's (60 and over): £6
17 years - 20 years: £6
6 years - 16 years: £2
5 years and under: Free with a paying customer
Season Ticket Prices (Early Bird Prices In Brackets for those purchased by May 31st in the year)
Adults: £220 (£170)
OAP's (60 and over): £110 (£85)
17 years - 20 years: £110 (£85)
6 years - 16 years: £35 (£25)
Early bird purchases would only entitle Season Ticket Holders to reduced prices.
Season Ticket prices will only apply to league games and not cup games or friendlies.
Season Ticket prices to be announced by mid-March so people would have in effect 10 weeks to save, pay and qualify for the Early Bird prices from the time the prices are announced.
I would still allow a discount on Adult prices on the turnstile for those who hold a Season Ticket for ANY Premier League or Football League team with the reduced price being £8.
I would also sort out the kit for the following season by the end of February each year, giving supporters until the end of March to get the orders in so that we can get the kit on sale by the end of April.
What else would I do ?
Permanent Portacabin for the Clubshop.
Open Training Day to be held on a Saturday leading upto the season where supporters can watch part / all of a training session and have a Meet The Team Event in the Clubhouse after the game.
Get the Youth and Junior Set Up more involved in the club. Mentioned elsewhere about Season Tickets for them and a parent, but also encourage the teams to be Ballboys and encourage them to be mascots (no charge for mascots who already have a Moors kit as we will make money by their parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts turning up).
However, this is easy for me to say all of this as I am not in charge of the club.

Also employ me as first team manager. 😏😍

I would certainly issue a free season ticket to all junior players and their parent(s).
Not sure about the current situation but I know that previously free tickets were offered to local schoolchildren and that could possibly be extended to an accompanying parent.

Re: SMFC " Expanding " Fan Base Project - Your Suggestions .
Still maintain we should be infiltrating local Sports and Social clubs of organisations offering some incentives for their employees to come down to the Moors on a Saturday with their families.
This doesn't just have to be Police, but could be anything from Local Government, Civil Service and JLR!

Also - Moors are going to be at the Solihull food Festival in Mell square 28th 29th and 30th September to press gang supporters ;-) and spread the moors news. So tell all your friends to go along to the stand. The details will be issued soon.

Really good ideas but, bizarrely, neither the programme nor the club website list an email address!!!
