Radio York are always like that, typical moaning Yorkshiremen.

Harrogate were very poor, I’m sure they’re 3rd place on merit but they showed very little tonight. They’d be a better side and potentially be more of a threat up front if their midfielders spent more time playing the ball forward rather than falling over laying on the floor.

Not very easy trying to get in through turnstile whilst carrying a hot dog, getting searched and trying to hand money over to pay to get in emoticon

Alot of changes are going on at this club at the moment and im not liking some of it.

1. Burger van outside the ground.
2. Stewarding. Absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful behaviour from 2 of them tonight. I walked into the ground to buy my ticket for the game to be greeted by 2 of the most rude people ive ever come across. I wanted to walk out back into the clubhouse and i was refused. No problem but m8 dont start shouting you need to walk round in front of my face. And then 1 other steward asks me how old i am i told him and then he says in an agressive manner. ( take your fuckin hood down you need to be searched) why are we employing idiots? I will stop coming if it carries on.

It was my impression of last nights referee that he gave more decisions to Harrogate than to The Moors. The penalty decision was clearly correct a blatant trip inside the box (if only Jamie would drive into the box more often), so why did the ref hesitate?
Re Burger van I am not a fan of the new position but the queue was definitely shorter when I went for mine (every cloud???!!!).

Good, professional performance again tonight. Back four looked solid, although some wayward clearances, particularly in the second half. Gudger is on fire at the moment. Boot didn't have much to do but made an excellent reflex save in the first half. Thought Stenson played well, definitely potential to be a useful squad member, certainly more effective than what I've seen of Dan Sweeney.

Regarding the officials, it clearly highlighted the gulf between those at non-league level and those at league level that officiated the Blackpool game. Last night's lot couldn't even get the simple things right, like awarding throw-ins to the correct team! To their credit, I think they were equally bad for both sides so fair overall!

Harrogate didn't live up to their lofty league position. They were noticeably inferior to Salford, and Moors didn't need to give them as much respect as a result. They got away with a heck of a lot of holding and shirt pulling whenever there was an aerial challenge. Their little number 4 was a dirty player, got away with a blatant stamp on Osborne early on - he should really have picked on someone his own size... oh, wait...

7 successive clean sheets - is that a club record yet? Only 2 goals conceded in the last 10 matches - as they say in American football "offence wins games, defence wins championships!"

Agree about the stewards and their lack of professionalism when entering the ground. I’d already gained entry via turnstile 3, had gone back out to purchase a hot dog and came back in through turnstile 1 as the side door isn’t allowed to be used anymore for some reason.

I got asked how old I am (sounds like age discrimination to me, nobody is obliged to answer that) then asked to empty my pockets onto the most wobbly table in existence. The steward then proceeded to drop my phone onto the floor and spill my drink in a slightly over exuberant search.

This is all after being patted down before gaining entry to the ground the first time.

I don’t mind about being searched at all but I don’t like being made to feel like I’m an inconvenience and I don’t like my stuff dropped on the floor.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say the stewarding tonight was a direct response to the pyrotechnics on Friday.

Also weird they'd be asking ages - unless they were somehow worried someone as manly as PM wasn't old enough for a search?

Weird thing was, I didn't have any problems with the stewarding on Friday when I thought they might have been more tempted to go in heavy-handed.

Regarding the age question, I am slightly offended that I was not asked. I presume that there may be a limit to what age the stewards may pat down a minor?
The facile throwing of flares might be the spur to the stewarding upgrade. If not getting an asthma event is the result of the more zealous stewarding I am for it.
