Re: New Kit
The idiot that designed last season's kit should be sacked. The yellow pinstripe changed the perception of the shirt's blue to an insipid blue/grey. The yellow and blue should have equal presence, irrespective of the overall design and if anyone comes up with a blue and yellow version of the Redditch traffic cone design of a few seasons ago I will personally dance naked in the centre circle, in protest, at the first home game. It will not be pretty!

DA1, if, like me, you are on a works computer, you may have restrictions to what images you can see. If you right click on the 'image' placeholder you should get a list of options, one being 'Bing Lookup'. Select that option and the image, and some other info, should pop up on the right side of your screen.
On the kits, Number 2 and Number 4 are my faves. Number 1 a definite no-no as the 'insipid' grey is very apparent.

If that were to be the case, it would be considered a brave move by anyone to respond to the cry of: "Get ya fifty-fifty tickhets!!!" Especially if you're just in the throes of a pelvic thrust.

Re: New Kit
I prefer design number one, but would father the fade away be going down rather than up.
The question I would raise is do we need to change the kit ?
Personally I think the changing of the kits alternating each season with the home kit changing one season and the away kit changing the following summer. If we change kits this season it will be the fourth season in a row and with the contract with Surridge Sports up in 2020 would we be having to change again next year???

At that point I would welcome the 50/50 being digitised in the same way as match ticketing.

Re: New Kit
Like them all. Especially the 4th one. Good job fella!
IMO better than last seasons kit which I wasnt too keen on. Agree with the previous comment re the pinstriping and effect from distance.
Would think that Blue shorts/socks would go best with them. Definatly not yellow though. Would be too much and boring.
Do we get a new kit this year? If so, submit these designs to the powers that be.

Re: New Kit
Not a fan of kit changes season after season, especially as I understand they're not freebies so costs the club and not a fortune would be lost in supporters sales.
How does it affect the budgets of all the other teams in the club, particularly the boys, girls and disabled ?

From my understanding, if the first team change their kits all the other teams do not automatically change. If a junior team want to keep the same kit for two, possibly three seasons they can. However, when they do get a new kit they tend to follow what the first team have for the new season.

Re: New Kit
My brother's club when he was a kid used to keep the kits for three seasons. Gave it to the boys two sizes too big at 11, come the end of the season they turned 14 half of them looked as if they were playing in hotpants.
