Also between him and Danny Wright we have the most emo strikeforce in the league. Banging out Papa Roach in the dressing room.

It's surely 100% not Festa. They write nothing alike.

Shame that.
Good player. Certainly did not make the best use of his tallents.
Hope we have a decent replacement in mind.

Yet another poor decision by the club imo.

Never played to his strengths unfortunately , his frustration in games was evident.

Alvechurch v Leiston for me tomorrow I think.

Not a great surprise, hasn’t really happened for him and despite being seen as a long ball team, don’t really have much width and get the crosses in for him. If he is on big wages and was keen to get back to London (where he seems to be based and played most of his career), I can understand why we let him go. We have quite a few other strikers... just to need to find a combination and formation that works.

Slightly surprised we have let McCallum go whilst we are waiting to appoint a new manager, but who knows what goes on in the background. Maybe Macca said he wanted to move back down south.

Re: McCallum Gone

I think McCullum going out on loan could work out OK for Moors. He has never had a settled run in the team and other strikers are ahead of him now to be in the team.

On loan with Barnet, we are saving his wages each week, which must be high. However, he is still on our books, and if the new manager wants Paul back and Paul would like to play for the new manager, there is the option for Moors to recall him from Barnet.

He was a quality striker for Eastleigh but Flowers did not seem to get that same quality out of Paul for the Moors. Maybe the a new manager, whoever he may be, will be able to?
