Pre-season friendlies 2012/2013


The revised list of friendlies is below. Moors' score first.


Tuesday 17th July - Away vs Rugby Town 2-1
Saturday 21st July - Away vs Halesowen Town 4-0
Monday 23rd July - Away vs Pilkington XXX 3-2
Tuesday 24th July - Home vs Nuneaton Town 1-0
Saturday 28th July - Home vs Redditch United 4-2
Monday 30th July - Away vs Highgate Utd 3-1
Tuesday 31st July - Away vs Bedworth Utd 0-2
Monday 6th August - Away vs Sutton Coldfield Town 2-1
Tuesday 7th August - Home vs Cheltenham Town 1-2
Saturday 11th August - Home vs Kettering Town 3-1

With all those pre season games, Marcus certainly seems determined to get the players fit.
Perhaps Gary Birch will be like a greyhound when the season finally kicks off !

I was moaning that there were too few friendlies last season.

But most of them are away; only three are at home, and two of them have a [sign in to see URL] kick-off time, which is awkward for me at Damson Park.

Which leaves just one Saturday [sign in to see URL] kick-off at home, and unfortunately that clashes with Olympic Football at Coventry, for which I have a ticket!

Living where I do I suspect I shall only make it to the away match at Sutton Coldfield.
