Re: Corby Town 1-2 Solihull Moors
I thought the moors played very well today battling for everything with Streete and Murray outstanding. With better finishing would have won by more.
There penalty was also very dubious as it was a 50-50 tackle which Streete won cleanly.
A good win next week against Farsley will see us move upto mid table as all other results went for us today.
Well done Dean Lee for his 20 minutes his hard work earned us all 3 points today.

Re: Corby Town 1-2 Solihull Moors
Couldn't agree more nic7,the most pleasing thing was the football we played.
Played more football in the 1st 5 mins than we did for the whole of the game on tues.
Played mainly possession football for the majority of the game & only resorted to the big boot when under severe pressure in defence.
Best team won today & as Nic.said would have won in a canter if Dempster & Edwards had started. The only weakness was our finishing.

Corby Town Fan here....
Would like to say in reference to the claim that it was a dubious penalty....
It was more than dubious it was laughable.... our player slipped.... your player didn't even get near him....
....so your claim of a 50/50 challenge etc doesn't hold any water.... and your being 70 - 80 yards away from it makes it even more amazing that you seen as much as the ref..... and he was a tw*t

Re: Corby Town 1-2 Solihull Moors
We should make yellow our home colour since we always seem to do better in it.
