Of course it's tough times ahead Prisoner No34 no one said this League will be easy....we have half the old football league with us and half of the teams are full time ....it's tough but if the rookies from last season help the new rookies this season who knows....what can be achieved...players can step up easily if they have ability.
I remember Ian Taylor playing for me in the the Festival Sunday Premier League at 18...he didnt even bother with Saturday football, he had no idea he could play higher...it was only when he was put there he adapted...and coped easily..
Just look at Andre Gray, I remember clearly him murdering us one day at Damson Park for Hinckley tearing us apart down the wing...
Now look at him Multi million pound footballer in the Premier League

But these guys are few and far between and you can add Jamie Vardy to that list but can anyone name a club that either allowed to leave or got rid of a successful squad, replaced them with lower league players and prospered, or even held their own? I honestly cannot think of one, whilst I can think of several in the twenty years I've been watching non-league that have gone to the wall due partly to poor financial management, but more likely due to inept management structures.
