Appreciate that these are only friendleys but another great result.

With the spending power of the premiership teams you would think that their U23s would be more than a match for an experimenting conference team.

Hope we havent peaked too soon and that this isnt as good as it gets.

Full of optimism for the season now.

Great results but still 0 points on the board so trying not to get too carried away.

Yes either Stoke and West Bromwich are poor or we are excellent....last night it was a pretty sure we are not playing XI to put the watching Jon McCarthy and son off the track ha ha.
He did plays for the Blues didn't he ?
No I thought everyone did well in the "shadow squad"...including the new set of triallist.
Who was Micky Moore watching, a player or us as we play them soon....Barrow are chasing round still Signing there squad, a bit behind every one else.
It seems this season a good number of teams have completely changed thiere squads.
Macc, Dover, Wrexham, Chester, Eastleigh, Gateshead, Torquay, suprisingly Maidstone , Bromley ourselves and of course the relegated two Orient and Hartlepool...
PS two things I remember as a youngster is its Hartlepool not Hartlepool's and officially the other lot dropped the Leyton bit from there name...so it's just Orient....or has that changed
