It's just a shame that Chapman and Dublin showed a complete lack of respect to Solihull live on TV for the pathetic way they kept apologising to the representatives of Hitchin and Leatherhead for "only" drawing Solihull. Pair of idiots.

Thanks Pitman22, we'll make them eat their words. I'm happy with the draw as both of them are in the relegation zone in their respective leagues, so a very winnable tie for us.

Sorted your double negative as I absolutely agree with you about the lack of respect, but this is what you expect from the DvB Dublin, and Chapman was error ridden in his commentary anyway: is he a professional? Lets hope we can use this as a motivation to go down there to either of these little teams in the South and get a result. TBH I can't make this tie but neither of these teams excites me as opponents, so no disappointment for me.

At least we got a rare mention live on television, agree about the lack of respect though.

Yes, agree Chapman and Dublin were unprofessional by their apologising to the Hitchin manager for drawing them Moors as opponents. His reaction being pleased by a home, draw was much mature than those overpaid twosome.

Agree with the comments about the presenters being disrespectful about our draw. The moment our number came out, I thought to myself "The Hitchin and Leatherhead supporters are going to be gutted about that!"

If the presenters had done their homework, they could have mentioned that Moors pulled off a great escape last season and are flying high this season, but instead chose to poke fun at the club by apologising repeatedly for drawing them.

Bunch of cry babies on here.

If I were in their shoes I’d be disappointed too, tough draw for them. Much better to go out against somebody like Charlton then us

Perfect draw for us mind, only way it could’ve gone better was if we were at home.

When we progress to the next round we should invite the BBC to do the draw at our place.

Not at all! As I said, I thought both of those teams would be gutted to be drawn against Moors. The issue was with the amount of emphasis the presenters placed on that tie - it only needed mentioning once, not repeatedly.

Besides, they never apologised to Moors fans for drawing them away from home against a lowly team rather than a plum tie against one of the big league clubs. Granted it gives us a great chance of progressing, but there were juicy ties against Sunderland, Charlton, Bradford City, Coventry City and Portsmouth up for grabs... I'd loved to have seen us go up against one of the big boys and have a chance at a (potentially lucrative) giant-killing.
