Re: Ebbsfleet v Solihull Moors 09/02/2019 updates and commentary
Quite surprised we appealed either as whilst could have just been bookings, there was no case of mistaken identity or the incidents not taking place.
The preview last week said Stenson was injured.

A little Bard tells me the Wrighty one was deserved.
As for Maxwell, I agree - why bother? He was in the mixer throwing himself about. Gave the ref every reason to card him; never going to be overturned on appeal.

Re: Ebbsfleet v Solihull Moors 09/02/2019 updates and commentary
Regarding the Red Cards on Saturday, I never felt we had a chance of winning on either appeal and I am not sure why we bothered appealing.
I was too far away from the melee when it happened, but cannot argue with the Danny Wright sending off as for me he could have stopped himself at any time.
Psycho is correct in saying that as the ball is out off play when Wright has connected with the Ebbsfleet player, the goal kick is the correct re-start.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible supporters of theirs.
Some of them are, the majority are not.
I stood at the side in the first half rather than go behind the goal as I knew there would be too many people just shouting abuse at each other. Don't get me wring, I am all for banter, but when it is just abuse then for me, well it's !@#$.
And for the newer supporters who want to act like they are still Zulus from down the Blues, if you want to act like that, then sod off back to Blues or join the Ultras at Sutton. Don't be giving us a bad name just because you want to be idiots.

That’s because the ball went out of play before the incident took place. From the highlights it looks like he had a little kick at the Ebbsfleet player after the ball goes out.
Yes I agree, it was the flailing arm in the post prior to mine I was referring to, because that was onfield. Sorry didn't make it clear in my original post.

I can't be the only one totally mystified as to why Jamey hits the deck at the beginning of the brawl?
The Ebbsfleet number 19 stood on Jamey's foot. Possibly an accident.

Had not noticed that. Had to just play it back about 4 times to see it. Well spotted.

Both appeals have as expected been turned down.

Re: Ebbsfleet v Solihull Moors 09/02/2019 updates and commentary
I think they're all a bit young to be classed as Zulu's Statto and most of them probably weren't even born when the Zulu's were around. To be honest there is never a mention of the Zulu's down the Blues anymore and I think they are well in the past.
Nowadays they are just little brainless thugs with no common sense or respect for anyone. I agree with you though that the club does not need them around and I am sure if an oppositions group of thugs squared up to them they would run a mile!
