Re: Greetings From The Bard
Hi Roj. It is The Bull Price St. Rose has retired and it had been taken over by the guy that owns The Wellington. The range of real ales has increased and I have spoken with the owner and he has no plans to make any alterations to the interior and the decor.

Re: Greetings From The Bard
The Bard and some of his associates "had a quiet word" with the new management.

Upstart, now I come to thnk of it I bumped into you in there one evening some years back. It would be a tragedy to ruin the pub by chsnging it.

Re: Greetings From The Bard
Hi Roj. Now you mention it I do remember bumping into you there.
The new owner has been in situ since October/November. We were in The Bull in December and the owner was working the bar and he stated that he took the pub over as he was well aware of its reputation and has no intention of changing what already works. He did hint that the main difference would be the selection of ales he has on tap at any one time.
He owns and runs The Wellington on Bennett's Hill and that establishments rep is second to none.
