RIP Bob, a sad day for a lot of people around non-league football.

May I also add my condolences to Bob's family. Thank you Bob for your dedication to both MGFC and Solihull Moors, you will be missed.

Re: Bob Faulkner

I may not have agreed with everything Bob did but you couldn't argue against his commitment to not only our club but non league football in general.
Personally I'd like to remember him for how he was at last years end of season awards party. I always thought of him as serious and dour but that night he was the life and soul, making sure we got to speak to all the players and having everyone laughing.

R.I.P Bob you'll be missed even though we know you'll be in that dugout in spirit.

Re: Bob Faulkner

I reckon they should name the Main Stand after him, or the ground even

"The Bob Faulkner Stand"

Should be the main stand on the side.

Re: Bob Faulkner

Can't really claim to know all the ins and outs but I think it's pretty clear he showed a great dignity in the face of his illness.

RIP Bob, thoughts with the family.
