Faith, Quality and of course Luck !

4) Nuneaton Played 37, Points 68
5) Eastwood Town Played 35, Points 64
6) Guiseley Played 35, Points 64
7) SOLIHULL MOORS Played 36, Points 63

Right we have four games to go, and we need to overtake two of the teams above us. My gut feeling is that Guiseley will finish in the top five, so we need to target Nuneaton Town and Eastwood Town. However, apart from our game at Eastwood, we cannot control what other clubs do.

I believe that 73 points could be good enough for us (providing our draw is not against Eastwood) for us to clinch fifth position.

Can we do it ? Yes we can. I know we have only picked up one point from the last four games, but let's look at the information. Two of the games were against the leaders Alfreton Town and one was against play off rivals Guiseley. The other game was against Redditch United, who never set out with any plan but to snuff us out. The last 20 minutes at The Valley, all they did was kick the ball into touch on the basis that if the ball is not on the pitch, we cannot score.

Can we do it ? Yes we can. We have quality throughout the squad. Jas Singh is one of the best goalkeepers at this level and our defence is fantastic. Even though we have not won in the last four games, we have only conceded four goals, and two of those were penalties. Our midfield is solid and up front we have Matt Smith and Simon Johnson. Matt is one of the hottest properties and most feared strikers in the division. We have also seen that Jonno on his day can rip through any defence. All this, and I have not even mentioned Ryan Beswick.

Come on the Moors - I know we can do it.

Oh yeah, the luck part. Just the odd bounce and a refereeing decision going for us, would not go a miss.

For any players reading this - I believe in you all, I just hope you share the same belief.

Brill post.

it'll be a tough ask to get into the playoffs now, but the way this season has gone, anything can happen.
Eastwood v Moors and Guiseley v Eastwood are both huuuuuuge games.

i think we will win all of the other games, but lose to eastwood. tbh, i cant be bothered to do all the maths, but we have to gain 2 points (or 1, depending on GD) on nuneaton, if we are to reach the PO's

get to vauxhall on saturday, and show some support.

Our GD is currently better than Nuneaton's. Their run-in is quite hard.

We can do it. We just need to win our games and hope everything else falls into place!
