Mmmm sounds like my kind of town, a cross between post industrial Detroit and the chemically toxic Trenton, New Jersey, which is the only place I've been where your feet stick to the both the sidewalk and the grass, like a dirty pub carpet.

I was disappointed to find that the Saddlers' in Solihull has redecorated and finally removed the knackered old carpet that had been there since Chernobyl.
