perhaps the best result of the season to date.
On top of two good wins, that most elusive of factors, confidence, must surely be returning.
There is still a mountain to climb...but it's not impossible!

Great result Yates and Flowers have certainly made a massive impact. The question is if we do escape relegation can we hold onto them? Its one the board need to talk about and have a plan in place to keep them.

It’s a good result but I can’t help feeling having listened to the commentary that it was 2 points lost and Macclesfield were there for the taking.

Great result and a very good performance today.
We played to a plan and could have won but happy with a point at the end of the day .

In our position, a goalless draw away at the league leaders is a very good result. Whilst we has chances to win, I cannot agree with Swifty that it's two points dropped. I will be surprised if many other teams in the bottom half get points at Macclesfield.

Commentary was on Macclesfield website and even they were saying that Macclesfield were there for taking.

Don’t get me wrong, before game I’d have been delighted with point but I can’t help feeling that to get out our plight we are going to have to win a few that we aren’t expected to, to compensate for the odd game where we are expected to and don’t.

No one mention the late penalty award. If refs going to give the foul on Carter then it was inside clearly . I was in line.
Yes it was two points dropped. We were far better. They were poor for top.

Carter landed in the area but the contact was definitely outside the area. Free kick was the correct decision.

We didn't work the keeper enough second half to claim it was two points dropped although we made them look very ordinary at times.

What was good to see was that we didn't just park the bus yesterday, we posed a few questions when we came forward and that's a positive because draws aren't going to keep us in this league.
