Well done Shrewsbury Town FC ( Safe Standing ! )
Following a successful trial at Celtic , safe terracing was opened at Shrewsbury Town FC , yesterday..
Norwich City want to follow , amongst many other Clubs.
Most supporters of Clubs wish for the option , to stand or sit.
You often see unsafe standing at most matches , with some fans standing throughour the game in seated areas.
Atmosphere at Old Trafford and many other big grounds is really non existent, except for European games !...
About bloody time on getting a safe standing option.
NB
West Brom - hope you win your petition, to have safe standing granted.

I like this idea
I agree that West Brom fans should be allowed to stand
Make sure stairs not steep, then fans can stand

Have you ever been to Burton Albion? The standing there is anything but safe, if anything it’s !@#$ dangerous.
Only 1 entrance into the away end so everybody piles down into the first section they see, it gets over crowded, everybody starts pushing and shoving and people end up on the floor and on the pitch.

Yes, well done to Shrewsbury Town.
Installing "Safe Standing" into the ground this week, but if they win their Play-Off Final against Rotherham United they will need to take this area out of the ground. Great business that.

In an interview on BBC Midlands Today they said they would have three years to comply with the higher league ground eligibility conditions.

My apologises then. I remember that Yeovil will given dispensation when they came up, but as a "new" stadium, I did not realise that Shrewsbury would get the same dispensation.

Re: Well done Shrewsbury Town FC ( Safe Standing ! )
Celtic have Safe Standing in the Scottish Premiership and there is growing demand for other clubs to follow and install Safe Standing too.
The obvious sticking point in England , is the " Hillsborough " disaster , that occurred.
It would seem Shrewsbury Town can just install the seats , from the rail terracing , if required to do so and vice versa. ( That is the benefit of this type of terracing ).
