Re: Live Stream and Commentary - Dover Athletic vs Solihull Moors 23/01/2021
Streams improved now, maybe the snow messed up my delicate atmospheric set up🤷♂️😂
I’ve found the commentators really poor, I suppose we’re just lucky to have Ben and Statto, the non league Keys & Gray😂😂

Size is a really big issue for one of them, but they're alot better than some.
Yes Griff, Storers grown about 3" during the game !
Gosh now its 'big Boot' after that kick. Hes obsessed.
Hudlin showing good skill with feet, for second goal.

No problems with my stream whatsoever, thought it was pretty decent and I actually enjoyed the commentary. I thought it quite amusing when they said the Dover player had been in the floor more than the Solihull keeper.
As for the game itself in my opinion we played some quite nice stuff with crisp passing for the first hour or so but then whether it was complacency or fitness or whatever, we got sloppy and gave the ball away too often.
Was very impressed with the new signing, Hudlin again showed he has potential and Ward was excellent.

Re: Live Stream and Commentary - Dover Athletic vs Solihull Moors 23/01/2021
Ward had a very good game. Coxe and Hudlin too, and Maycock added variety in the centre of midfield. Storer won't be happy with his performance.
Thought we weren't great until we got the goal. After that we managed the game well for a long spell, got the second, and probably would've gone on to a rout had Ward been given a penalty rather than booked for diving (personally I felt like it was one of those that was neither, but hard to tell from the camera angle we had).
In the end it looked like the team got complacent and were waiting for the whistle. Got to take the three points but again it didn't look like we could play at our best for 90 minutes away from home. We won't have an easier away trip than Dover and we were still making the same errors misplacing passes in our own defensive third and giving a poor, inexperienced side too much time on the ball.
Still, up to 7th, 3rd if we win our game in hand on Sutton, and only 2pts behind Torquay if we win all our games in hand on them. Crack the inconsistency on the road, and the way things have fallen this season we may yet have a crack at the title.

Re: Live Stream and Commentary - Dover Athletic vs Solihull Moors 23/01/2021
A must win game and in the end a pretty comfortable win for Moors, although to be fair to them Dover were on top for much of the last quarter of the match and were very close to grabbing a consolation goal in added time. I was really impressed by how assured Howkins looked at the back and Ward’s quality was again very evident. Even your man Rooney made an appearance!!? Tuesday night against Notts will certainly be a much sterner test, but the momentum is there... COYM!!

Summed the game up for me well, and I have to say I thought the sum of the squad numbers being 873 was a n amusing comment.

Re: Live Stream and Commentary - Dover Athletic vs Solihull Moors 23/01/2021
Maybe I’m just in a bad mood today but I thought it was a very average performance against a poor Dover side.
Still you can only beat what’s in front of you and hopefully that will give us a bit of confidence going into a much tougher test on Tuesday night.
No Gudge, Archer or Ozzy today🤷♂️🧐

Gudger,Osborne,Donawa,Archer, Carter - No doubt stuck in the tombola, it really is pathetic the lack of information on player availability, I thought we were supposed to be a professional set up.

I completely get the frustration this season about the lack of information on the whereabouts of the likes of Rooney, Gudger and Osborne, but Carter?... Really??
