Man of the Match v. Ossett Town

For the rest of the season there will be a Forum Man of the Match competition for all home games. There will be points awarded for 1st place (10pts), 2nd place (7 pts) and 3rd place (5 pts) which will be added up to provide a Forum Player of the Season award. Tied positions will be divided equally between the contenders with a minimum of 1 pt to each. If there are less than 3 contenders the outstanding points will not be allocated to any player. Voting will only run until the next game so get voting NOW!!!

1. Junior English 10 pts
2. Steve Jackson 7 pts
3=. Andre Francis 2.5 pts
3=. Dominic Langdon 2.5 pts

Can I vote even if I didn't make it from The O2 Dome to the Moors match?

Re: Man of the Match v. Ossett Town

I do object to all the banana eating and sitting down for a rest in tennis, but it does have athleticism, skills and tactics in abundance. I think it is one of the best individual sports and there is always the anticipation of a British win at a Slam within the next couple of decades. Tennis has had the balls to install electronic equipment to settle dodgy decisions, which football is too fuddy-duddy to do. Its not exactly working class though, with two players and an umpire needing 7 line judges and 6 ball boys or girls standing around like servants at a BBC stately home costume drama. Not entirely !@#$ in my opinion, nor is footy completely shitless.
