So that's an 20% increase for Adults and a 40% decrease for Seniors. I was expecting £11 Adults £7 Seniors. As a Senior, I am pleased about the £6 but with my son having to pay £12, I can see who will be buying for the majority of the lagers next season!

Anyway, well done to the Board for bringing back Concessions for Seniors. Many people pointed out that it was a bad decision to charge Adults and Seniors the same price last season and it is good the Board have listened to them.

Tbh, I thought the club would revert to the student discount over all of the annoyance that was kicked up, but this is just rediculous, I would happily pay the same price as OAP's or maybe a quid more, but £12 is too much for even an adult at this level IMO.....

You know what, I can't even be bothered to type the rest of what I was going to say, it's just a joke.

My seniors season ticket has gone up by 26.675% from £75 to £95, if I buy it early, or by 33.3333% to £100 if I buy it later.

£12 isn't such a big deal for adults. It's steep by comparison with most of the rest of the league, but if that's what we need to bring back a concession price then that's cool.

Not including students in the concession is madness. Students have no (or at least a reduced) source of income, a lot of our most vocal supporters are students, and considering the amount of yoof that have started to turn up recently, a fair proportion of the home crowd will be part of the student demographic.

I have a very busy summer with stuff that will massively help my masters year and build the foundations of my PhD, so meaningful work is pretty much out of the question. At £12 I will have to choose between going to every other home game, going to the game but not drinking in the bar after (and I'm a regular post-match patron alongside Messrs Singh, Vaughan, and H) or spending the first half in the bar and getting in for free. I never expected I'd be priced out of non-league football, but £12 for hoofball when you have no income is absolutely scandalous.

I thought that the only annoyance kicked up last season was regarding the OAP prices. I do not remember anything bad being said about the lack of student prices, although I will stand to be corrected.

I expressed the view several times to several people last season that I did not think it was right that students were expected to pay full price for matches.

I recall having the conversation with you Statto because I remember us both agreeing on a view that it might be nice to offer a token few quid off to students, say maybe with the new seasons pricing structure have:

Adults: £12
Students: £8/9
OAP/Concessions: £6

Just sort of a gesture by the club to show that they accept that students are not the most financially well off.

Maybe it was just between us students, but there was certainly a harrumph, that I'm sure got spread onto here quite a lot when they cut the student admission at the start of the season.

But I'm not going to go through all the forum to find examples.

I just don't see why Solihull Moors have to be different, every other club, from down to the tinpot tin pots leagues all the way up to the premier league offers student prices, what makes the moors so much different?
Could it be that they want to squeeze as much out of the current regular fan base as possible rather than invest to try and bring in fresh blood? Surely not?
