Man of the Match v Harrogate Town 30/11/13
This season we are again running a Home Man of the Match competition. One vote per game and at the end of the season there will be a Forum Home Player Of The Season trophy presented to the winner. 1st place 10 pts, 2nd place 7 pts, 3rd place 5 pts. Tied positions will share the available points with a minimum of 1 pt for each contender. Voting will usually close the day before the next match, however if a midweek away match follows, voting will be extended beyond then.
With a home game on Tuesday night you only have until Tuesday morning to get your votes in.

Thought Knights, Birley and Beswick were brilliant today. Bogle and Birch could be our best strike partnership. And either a massive improvement in defending today or Harrogate didn't threaten much.

Really difficult choice for reasons totally opposite from the last game. Everybody played well with Birch, Knights and Birley outstanding in my opinion.

Totally agree with smithy. Birch and Bogle up front for me, and yes we did look pretty solid at the back.

Did Beswick play central or on the wing today?

Re: Man of the Match v Harrogate Town 30/11/13
Central more than left TBH we didnt play 1 man out there but a variety...and nearly back to his best...suprisingly it was Matt Birley dominating central mid with Knights storming dislay on the RIGHT wing..
sort of.........4 ---1----3====2 formation
without the 2 usual defensive men in Denny and Junior ..Fleet did an excellent job back there
