Re: Away at AFC Telford on Saturday 9th April

With last night's result in Manchester, there is now a better chance of being crowned el campeones @ Telford. Let's make sure there's enough of us there to back the lads and watch history be made.

Another Worcester esc turn out would be ideal.

COYM!!

5 or 6 of us getting the train.

Let's hope there's not another 'incident' at the train station 😉

Highly unlikely. Remember at Kidderminster station both Moors fans and Worcester fans had to get back home.

But unlikely that many, if any, Telford fans will be travelling home by train from Wellington (Shropshire) station.

Last time I travelled back from there by train, I do not recollect even one Telford fan waiting at the station.

Moors need to expect a very tough match tomorrow. See :-

-: where you will see that on the basis of the last six matches only, currently Telford are top, and Moors are third.

The Telford Manager has recently won the league's Man of the Month award.

The obvious train tomoorrow is :-

[sign in to see URL] Birmingham International
[sign in to see URL] Birmingham New Street
[sign in to see URL] Smethwick Galton Bridge
[sign in to see URL] Wolverhampton
[sign in to see URL] Telford Central
[sign in to see URL] Wellington (Shropshire)

-: then a one mile walk to the football stadium.

Those travelling from Solihull Station could catch the [sign in to see URL] train from there, scheduled to get to Smethwick Galton Bridge at [sign in to see URL], for connection to the train mentioned above.

Or alternatively the [sign in to see URL] train from Solihull, getting to Smethwick Galton Bridge at [sign in to see URL].

Well no, if this was the last match of the season, which we had to win, I would be rather nervous.

But that is not the situation today. After today we have another three matches to play, and we need a maximum of five more points. Franckly today the AFC Fylde v North Ferriby United match is just as important to Moors as the one they will be playing. A draw in that AFC Fylde v North Ferriby United match would be excellent for Moors, and even a Fylde win would not be bad, given they dropped two points midweek.

I expect a very hard match today. Any points for Moors today will be great. See my post above posted at 8/Apr/2016, 10:23 am about the "form table". Yes Telford head that, on the basis of the last six league matches.
