Re: Solihull Moors 2 Tranmere Rovers 0
Been on Tranmere forum and that was the strongest team they could have fielded last night so don't knock our teams performance if we wont it more than them.

Re: Solihull Moors 2 Tranmere Rovers 0
Unless the ref has x-ray vision he didn't have a better view. Than the assistant on the near side or the people behind the goal.
It was a firm challenge. Unless the ref thought it was excessive force there seemed very little wrong with it from the front on angle. Maybe it looked worse from behind.

Re: Solihull Moors 2 Tranmere Rovers 0
Great result for the lads. Would have preferred 3 points in a league game but suppose a win is a win.
Hope we can do the same to BW at the weekend.
Does the Hilton sending off carry forward to league games or does this just apply to the cup?
When does Jamie go back to Grimsby? Think that he really needs another 3 or 4 months with us to complete his rehabilitation.

Yes, Hylton's red applies to all games.

Just seen the replay of the Hylton tackle still not sure after seeing it a few times but the ref is well placed.

Re: Solihull Moors 2 Tranmere Rovers 0
Regarding the sending off, from my angle behind the goal we was attacking was that Hylton was just stronger in the challenge. However speaking to others who had different angles, they all felt it was a red card and there was little argument from the Moors players on the pitch at the time.

Apart from Hylton himself, who looked genuinely shocked to receive a red card
