Thanks Max

As there's no mention on the website of Max O'Leary being recalled by Bristol City I'd like to say thanks to him for his contribution to Moors' improvement since he arrived in November. He was due to leave us at the end of this week, anyway, so I'd like to wish him the best of luck for the future.

Re: Thanks Max

I think that's as he was only recalled for a single game so isn't necessarily gone for good yet.

Re: Thanks Max

Yes Max, thank you for your sterling performances.

For those who do not know, Max was recalled back by Bristol City at the weekend as their first choice goalkeeper got sent off on Saturday and as such, Bristol did not want to leave themselves short in the goalkeeping department for their New Years Day game.

I believe the club are looking to get Max back on another loan deal. Hopefully, City will let him come back although after the performance of Luke Steele for Bristol City, they might promote Max to number two goalkeeper.

Luke wasn't really to blame for our regular loss to the villa. He may continue as the cup goalkeeper on Saturday at Watford and at the Etihad next Tuesday, in which case Max would be deputy and Moors would have to wait to get him back.

Re: Thanks Max

Max played well today against Macclesfield and it is very good to have him back.I hope Bristol City have no more goal keeping problems until the end of the season so we have him for the remaining games as he is a fine young keeper.
