Right: VAR Love it. I love to see the ex-pros whose punditry is coloured by their involvement at the highest level (in the past), being proved wrong, along with the commentators.
Today's pen was preceeded by the beeb's commentator declaring, "I can't see anything but accidental in that", when the first replay clearly showed the player moving his arm towards the ball, along with his leg, presumably to try to disguise the fact that he was about to put the ball out with his hand. They continued to disagree with the pictures of what we, as punters, see at every match. Along with another incident where an attacker's leg was clearly offside, what conclusion did the studio pundits come to? Not offside!
VAR, doncha just LOVE it?

How can you not enjoy seeing Germany exit early.
How could you not enjoy seeing The eyes and Hand of the Cheat and the rest of Maradonna quaking and blabbing.

How pleasing that Wales could stay home. Ditto Scotland.

Gutted its all over. Its probably been the best world cup ive ever watched. Well done to france. Well done harry kane for winning the golden boot. Though i dont think he deserved to win it. Been crap the last 2 or 3 games. As i said im gutted its over.

Play nicely please.
He did score the most goals and was the winner on merit: I did think at one point "Pfff too many penalties", but wow what emphatic penalties they were. He wasn't as great a factor in the later games as coaches and defences worked him out more.
