Dave Morrison
Dave Morrison who had a serious knee injury from the early part of last season, having gained a sport science qualification, has joined Swindon Town in the Football League, to use these skills, on a full time basis.

Thats a shame - good player and didnt see much of him, especially when we were winning!

Re: Dave Morrison
I can only wish Dave the best as he was a first class bloke and a really good player at our level.

Re: Dave Morrison
I thought we really missed him last season. Good player, hope he does well in Swindon.

Re: Dave Morrison
Spoke to Dave earlier this week - he's landed a very nice job there and he sounded really excited about the prospects - I'm delighted for him - he's a top man and I'm sure he'll excel in the role.
He's sure to be missed as a player and a top player he was!

Re: Dave Morrison
Just to reiterate what everybody else has said, Morro is a great guy, always willing to have a conversation, he was really missed last season on and off the pitch.
Spanna, do you know how his leg is? as Matthew asked me the other day if he was back playing yet.
If you talk to him again give him Matthew's and my regards and wish him all the best for his new career.

Re: Dave Morrison
I certainly will pass on your best wishes Kev. He's due to pop in to training when we start back a week on Tuesday (!)so he can say his farewell's.
Whilst he's delighted a landing that job he's a little gutted about having to 'hang his boot's up'. He's pretty much fully recovered from his knee injury. He would have been ready to start pre-season training that's for sure which is a remarkable recovery to be fair- the original prognosis was he wouldn't be ready until August (ish).
