Why? I am fairly sure villa have secured their Championship place already.
Meanwhile there are far too many changes at Moors to make committing to a season ticket already.

£10 a game for what might be League Two football seems eminently reasonable. That said, I'll reserve judgment on a financial commitment until I've developed a feel for the new ground layout over the next couple of games.

Similarly to an earlier poster, a lot of the attraction thus far for me has been the freedom of movement around the ground and the scope to rock up at short notice - I do understand that this can be a casualty of prolonged success on the pitch, but I'm not really after a BCFC-lite experience.

That's not a saving with it priced at £100 for the season.
Also what happens when its full...are you coming today. The gate gets locked.
Tough on those paying £100.

If you're paying £100 for a parking season ticket will this guarantee your parking space not just the 23 home league games but for friendlies and cup games as well? Will this also mean you can rock up 5 minutes before kick off and claim your space even if the rest of the car park is full?

Double agreement. Even though I am pleased for the progress of the club and for everyone involved at the club who have put in so much hard work i also miss the old Moors and that is why I will be renewing my season ticket at the Blues and watching Highgate down at Tythe Barn Lane. Certainly wish Moors all the success though and I hope if we do go up that financially we can cope but i'm sure with the experience that is now at the club this will all have been accounted and planned for.

Re: Early bird season tickets

Season Tickets are horses for courses. They suit some people but not everyone.

Personally I always buy a Season Ticket as I do make a saving over the year as I very rarely miss a game. Where the struggle might be this year is finding the money by the end of March, as I had not budgeted it for it being so early. What will the Season Ticket prices be after the early bird deadline?

What would be more helpful would be if the club announced what the prices would be for next season. Standing at £220 for the season (just under £10 a game) is a fantastic price if the club keep the prices at £15, but the prices for next season have not been announced yet. Will they be staying the same or going up?

Will the club continue to give discounts for on-line sales of tickets? Maybe, maybe not. If they do, will it still be £2 per game?

Re the car park. At £100 for a season ticket, this works out at just over £4 a game. So, are the club going to be raising the price for the matchday parking next season, or are those who pay a Car Park season ticket paying more for the guarantee of a Car Park space at home league matches?

Regarding Season Tickets being included for pre-season friendlies, I do not think this will occur next season as some of the teams we play want a cut of the gate receipts in return for them sending their first team.

Fildes - Your comment about not fixing something that is not broken. The club was not broken prior to Darryl and his associates coming through, but we were close to bursting. We are operating at a level which we have never been at, and not completely prepared for. Look at the Chester fiasco last season and there were others incidents. These will not happen again under the new regime.

We have come massive changes before as Psycho says and as a club, we are still here.

Well yes a few questions that require answers but I'm pleased we've finally put this offer out at the right time, instead of after the buzz is over during the summer holidays!

Re: Early bird season tickets

As much as I prefer to watch a game standing not seated I also like to be near halfway line which means I have to buy a seat now, the club has removed my choice. Season ticket for myself and my 16yr old daughter at Moors would be £475 at Blues in the Tilton if prices remain as this season would be £447 for us both.

Similar to a previous poster, the changes and prices means next season for us will be Blues, Highgate or Knowle FC.

Had a most enjoyable few years watching Moors but the recent changes are what drove me away from Championship football in 2011. Wish the club every success, hope Eales and co are not running before they can walk, the supporters are fantastic and deserve nothing but success, hope the crowds come flocking and the money rolls in. Adult (over 18) standing season ticket: £220
Concession* standing season ticket: £130

Adult allocated seat season ticket: £279
Concession** allocated seat season ticket: £195

I raised this before, but did not see any comment, so I shall try again.

For standing tickets concessions get a discount of £90, which is 41% off.

But for seating tickets concessions get a discount of £84, which is 30% off.

Anyone else failing to see the logic in those differences?
