Ronnie Barker - famous Moors Supporter ( Four candles or Fork handles )
If you watch the You Tube clip , from the Two Ronnie's, he clearly indicates to the shop assistant ( Ronnie Corbett ) , Four candles and not Fork handles ( he was not in Spoons , when saying this ).
Four Candles - the flame from a candle 🕯 , is a large yellow region:
* Brazil is ruled out , as he was not Brazilian.
* Oxford United is ruled out , as he was not a Uni toff wizkid.
* Torquay United is ruled out , as he didn't do drugs ( there are some good aspects to Torquay, such as the mild weather ).
This leaves Solihull Moors , as TV ratings always indicated MOORs ( from the Two Ronnie's).
So Four Candles ( Moors ) it is and RIP Ronnie - we really miss your talent.

Ironically, Ronnie Corbett was from Oxford, went to the boys' grammar school that is now used as the Department of History, and the Wetherspoons further down George Street is called The Four Candles in his honour.

Indeed. Many happy drinks there when Junior was in Uni. And is it the White Swan thats the other 'Spoons?
