Daryl Eayles Restaurant

Seems the chairman has invested in a restaurant in Dorridge, with some of the proceeds being contributed to the Moors Foundation:

It is still called 'The Forest' in association with the Butchers social. The last place in Henley in Arden was called the Buthchers social. I'm guessing Clive it is more the Butchers but for you wherever it is in the name

I try to seek out decent vegetarian hostelries, I find most meat based enterprises don't really understand vegetarianism and usually just add a veggie meal or two to the menu, quite often ready prepared, frozen and microwaved to serve. The worst I ever had was a plate of vegetables.......... covered in a meaty gravy!

Whilst staying at a hotel in the US, my wife pointed out to the restaurant manager that she was vegetarian and he replied "Vegetables are what food eats!"

In a restaurant in southern Wyoming a Radio 4 reporter, noticing that everything on the menu was meat based, asked the waitress what she recommended for a vegetarian, her reply: "I recommend you leave the county".
