Re: Kings Lynn Town v Solihull Moors 09/10/2021 updates

The match was like a continuation of the Wealdstone game with possession at the rear and much passing aound before losing it as the ball eventually got to more advanced positions. We were crying out for. few shots which were a rare event. Interesting to me was that Hudlin had the confidence to let fly with a couple of decent attempts. The 3 subs changed the game in our favour.
So we have a 3rd clean sheet after the Daggers match (good to see them on a run of losses), well done Moors in that respect, 2 wins and a draw. Now all we would like is some entertainment.

.... the great feeling of a very late winner .... only slightly masks the fact that are not very exciting to watch .... feel that the tactics are a very risk adverse .... don't lose .... rather than go for a win .... granted with us playing with 10 for 80 mins it did give Kings Lynn a chance .... after the two forward subs coming on, for our lone forward Dallas (and Whooney), the 11 looked a different side and created more than the rest of the game .... yes 7 points from 9 is play off form .... yet there's little evidence to suggest that we are other than mid-table at best ....
