villa have sacked Ginger Smith. Sad really as he must now be unemployable having wasted all the Grealish money on dross.

The bloke was close to tears in 1 of his interviews after the game on Friday.
Feel for him abit I do.
He genuinely as a villa fan himself did try his best.
But we are in November and already 5 pl managers have been sacked
Watford
Tottenham
Villa
Norwich
Newcastle

I think it's a ridiculous decision by the Villa board. Booted at the first sign of trouble. Surely he'd earned more credit than that, unless they're saying that last season was a blip and in no way down to him.
Villa fans have been incredibly fickle, as usual, on this. The last couple of seasons, he was their god for keeping them up and performing well. All of a sudden, there were plenty talking about how they wanted him gone.

Now Stevie G will take on the poison chalice. Poor decision as they will not give him a similar amount of time and foul up his chance of taking on the Livepool job.

Disagree about people calling him a DVB. The way I see it is that if he wants the Liverpool job when klopp leaves then he's got to earn it. He has done well at Rangers in my opinion but that is not going to earn you such a massive job like Liverpool.

The media needs to create a climate of animosity in order to justify their existence, they look for vox pops that back up that climate, just look at the vox pops around Solskaer!
