He played two full games & scored 2 goals, played 1 hour against Bridgenorth,Manager went on Holiday & has been sub in the 2 games he's been away,no idea why.Last nights win at Coventry Sphinx, Abgonlahor scored both goals & because their website is nearly has poor as their pitch I have no idea if he played any part in the match.

I know Agbonlahor has been off the boil lately but I hadn't realised that he'd been sent to Alvechurch .

Re: Studley game
This is Angel or the other Angel to Gabriel his younger brother, Clive, but he;s keeping young Dempster on the bench at the mo.
But thats what I want to know as why he's gone from our benc h to sitting on Alvechurchs.
Yes he went straight in played 2 full games ( both which were lost) scoring 1 goal ONLY..he was then subbed in next game ( by Agbonlahor who scored twice as sub), then went to the bench but CAME ON as sub in the next game, dont know v Rocester on the 25/9 but has been an unused sub in the last two I beleive ??
Surely he's better than that, blimey I want him to succeed as much as the nexy guy

Re: Studley game
First of all Rich..I would like to apologise for the digression of this thread, must blame RoJ for that, bringing up Matt West's display against Studley.
The name of Agbonlahor's brother who plays for Alvechurch is Charisma Agbonlahor.
I would also like to know, why he is on the bench at Alvechurch, I may begin to doubt my own judgement if it continues.
He has played 3 full games against Kirby Muxloe, Holwell Sports & Rocester,he scored in the 77th min. against Kirby & the 50th min. against Holwell (see Midland Football Alliance website) its official & far more reliable than the Alvechurch website, which is as poor as ours.
He played an hour against Bridgenorth & was subbed for Agbonlahor who scored the winning goal then went off injured. For the last 3 games he's been on the subs bench. He was unused against Loughborough Uni. & got about 20 mins each game against Friar Lane & Coventry Sphinx.I dont know the reason for him not starting,as you say he is far to good to be on the Alvechurch bench.
Going back to Ben's original Studley thread.Their manager amused me,when he shouted at the Ref:after a disputed decision :- "have you got big club/little club syndrome ref". Now I have heard Solihull Moors called some names, but never a 'Big Club'

Re: Studley game
Joel....Statto didn't see that much of the game,he did a great job of collecting £106 for a prize of £53 in the 50/50 draw. & the att. was only 144 .

Re: Studley game
Which will explain the curtailed nature of our phone conversation, then
You see, we were baking a Guinness cake, but Rachael shut my thumb in a drawer so I went into the living room to sulk. Then Mark thought it would be hilarious to keep asking for my mom's phone number, so I kept saying that I would and was giving him numbers out of my phonebook at random. He didn't believe me so asked me to phone the number, which happened to be Statto's. For some reason I decided to put on Danish Kris' voice and ask about the Studley game (sorry Statto ). For reasons that are not entirely clear, I started tickling Mark. He then sat on me, so I bit his back, resulting in me being pinned to a setee for half an hour. Then we ordered pizza.
I hope that makes sense...
