A small Bob Faulkner tribute for Saturday.

Since Bob has been with the club for so long can as many people as possible wear shirts or scarfs or hats from the past years, Moors or Borough, to recognise his commitment over so many years?

And do the fans want the supporters association to collect for flowers or a donation to charity (whichever the family would prefer) at this match?

Could we also give a minute's applause instead of silence as it seems more than fitting to celebrate his life and achievements.

Perhaps it might be an idea to bring out onto the pitch any trophies he won that we still have for the minute of applause?

i think applause would be more fitting.

i would echo the calls to get as many people to the game as possible, hopefully some old moors faces about, and some even older Moor Green and Borough ones i can meet too

Whilst a minute's applause makes a fabulous sound at big venues, ie Old Trafford, Emriates etc, it does not have the same effect at Damson Park. Whilst knowing your sentiments Ojive and Psycho, I would personally prefer the one minute silence. That being said, it is whatever the family want, then that will happen. I will see if I can contact Nigel Collins later today as he will be in direct contact with the Faulkners. Reagrding the other suggestions, I will raise these with Nigel as well.

Thanks Statto.
Please also tell Nigel that his Tom Ross interview hit the very right note in tribute.
